We are a couple with three teenagers (two boys, 18 and 16, and a 13-year-old girl). Marc works in real-estate development and I (Tamar) am an editor, working for an EU institution. We love to travel, see new places and meet new people. We've exchanged houses many times, but until now we only did it with friends and acquaintances.
We live in Saint-Cloud, a beautiful, green suburb of Paris. Our four-bedroom apartment is on the ground floor of a quiet, 4-story building. We have a big back yard and are a 10-minute walk from Saint-Cloud Park, a beautiful national park, great for long walks and with beautiful views of Paris.

Our home is a cozy, comfortable, fully equipped, spacious ground floor apartment with a large back yard and terrace.
We have four bedrooms - a master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and three bedrooms for the kids. Each bedroom overlooks a small piece of garden, and the living/dining room overlooks the back yard.
The apartment is very cool in summer, since we're on the ground floor and surrounded by greenery.
It's 20 minutes from the center of Paris by car (there's a private parking space in the building if you come with a car) or 30 minutes by public transport.

We live in the very green Parisian suburb of Saint-Cloud. There's a huge national park (Parc de Saint-Cloud https://www.domaine-saint-cloud.fr/) 10 minutes from the house for nice long walks or hikes, with beautiful views of Paris, and there's a smaller park/playground right across the street.
For food shopping, there's a little convenience store 50 metres from the house and a supermarket that's 5 minutes away by car. There are two big outdoor food markets nearby every Wednesday and Saturday. The neighborhood is residential and very quiet.

We are a 10-minute walk from a huge national park (Parc de Saint-Cloud https://www.domaine-saint-cloud.fr/) - perfect for nice long walks or a jog, with beautiful views of Paris and with lovely cafés and restaurants. And of course, we're a 20-minute drive/train ride to central Paris with all its attractions! Eiffel Tower, Louvre Museum, Musee d'Orsay, Arc de Triomphe, the Notre Dame Cathedral, Sacre-Coeur, Centre Pompidou, Saint Germain des Près and endless more!
