Description of the home we are offering for exchange
We live in a big house in the middle of nature. The residential area offers many hiking and cycling/biking opportunities. Felsberg is only 4 km from the canton capital of Chur and is located in the beautiful canton of Graubünden. The canton of Graubünden offers many tourist highlights such as bike down, mountain hikes and mountain lakes.
Our house has a big change. There is a trampoline in the garden, great fun for young and old.
Wir wohnen in einem grossen Haus Mitten in der Natur. Die Wohnlage bietet viele Wander- und Velo-/Bikemöglichkeiten. Felsberg ist nur 4 Km von der Kantonshauptstadt Chur entfernt und liegt im wunderschönen Kanton Graubünden. Der Kanton Graubünden bietet viele Touristische Highlights wie zum Beispiel Bike-Down, Bergwanderungen und Bergsee.
Unser Haus hat einen grossen Umschwung. Im Garten steht ein Trampolin, ein Riesen Spass für Gross und Klein.

You can drive to Chur quickly from our home. From there there are numerous possibilities to take the cable cars up into the mountains. A famous starting point is Brambrüesch. Brambrüesch makes the heart of downhill bikers beat faster. There are attractive downhill slopes for different ability levels. Brambrüesch is also a family-friendly place with smaller and larger hikes.
Von unserem Zuhause kann man schnell nach Chur fahren. Von dort aus bieten sich zahlreiche Möglichkeiten mit den Seilbahnen in die Berge zu gehen. Ein berühmter Ausgangspunkt ist Brambrüesch. Brambrüesch lässt bei Downhillbikern das Herz höher schlagen. Es gibt dort attraktive Downhillpisten für verschiedene Leistungslevels. Brambrüesch ist auch ein familienfreundlicher Ort mit kleineren und grösseren Wanderungen.

Proper and conscientious handling of the house and its furniture is important to us. We value a clean yet homely atmosphere. We are non-smokers, smokers are kindly asked to smoke outside. Smoking is not allowed indoors.
Uns ist ein ordentlicher und gewissenhafter Umgang mit dem Haus und dessen Mobiliar wichtig. Wir schätzen eine saubere aber dennoch wohnliche Atmosphäre. Wir sind Nichtraucher, Raucher sind freundlich geboten draussen zu rauchen. In den Innenräumen ist das Rauchen nicht erlaubt.
