Description of the home we are offering for exchange
2023 is booked and agreed
Our home was built in 2009 and is very modern with lots of enormous windows looking out over the countryside. It is very comfortable with underfloor heating and and a wood-burning stove to keep you cosy. We have installed PV panels which will provide all of your electricity during your stay so that all of your energy needs will be provided from a renewal source. There is also a heat recovery system which circulates fresh air throughout the house. There are four bedrooms, one en suite and a second bathroom with shower and bath. Our house is surrounded by fields but is only 5km from the centre of Limerick city. You can also walk through the fields to local pub for pint of Guinness!
We have one cat and would love if you could take care of him but no problem if you would not to.
