On the ground floor there is a large laundry mud room, a dining kitchen for 6, a living room with dining room for 10, complete with a log stove for the colder months. The living room opens onto a patio where you can enjoy hot days in the shade of a large olive tree.

Upstairs there is a large bathroom with shower + bath, then 4 bedrooms: 1 master bedroom with a 160 cm bed (queen) + a baby cot, 1 kid bedroom with a single bed (additional mattresses if necessary), 1 kid bedroom with bunk beds, and 1 bedroom which serves as a home cinema lounge with a 140 cm (double) sofa bed. The configuration can be adjusted if needed.

Many toys and basic baby equipment (travel cot, bath, high chair, observation chair, etc.)

High speed WIFI (I work from home). No TV (we have a projector with Netflix/Fire TV)

Negociable: we can lend cargo bike (Urban Arrow) for 3 children (+ maxi-cosi), long tail bike (Tern GSD) for 2 children, other bikes or our 7-seater car.
Our cleaning lady and our cook can continue to come if you wish.
