Single house, quaint Crawford Park neighborhood, 10 min drive to downtown, 5 min walk to waterfront/bike paths (St Lawrence river). Bus and metro right nearby, also not far from terrific Wellington Street, with great bars & restos and pedestrian-only in summer. Two floors plus finished basement, two bedrooms on second floor [queen and twin] and sofa double bed in basement. Wonderful backyard and large deck, great sun. Car available, two bikes. We have just retired and this is our first time on the site.
