Description of the home we are offering for exchange
Winter ski getaway or home base in summer to hike Zion and Bryce National Parks. It's a quaint 2 bedroom condo perfect for a family of 4-5. It's on a 2nd floor with no elevator access. You must be able to walk up a flight of stairs. It's located in the mountain with great views but with that comes possible altitude sickness so you must get acclimated.

Description of our neighbourhood and surrounding area
Our neighbourhood is situated near a small ski resort called Brianhead, UT. It's very quiet with few people visiting outside of ski season. This is truly a vacation spot where you can relax and unwind. But there are beautiful national parks nearby if you like hiking adventures too! And the condo has a club room with ping pong table, ice hockey, foosball, and a hot tub for you to enjoy. Shared coin laundry facilities also available within 10 steps of existing condo building. Restaurants are limited so it's best to buy food before coming up to the mountain.

Our home exchange - places to go and things to do while staying in our home
We love coming here during the winter to ski and summer to hike and fish. This is where we go to get away from the daily grind of life. We love being able to walk to the ski resort, lake, and the park! We also use this as a home base to visit Zion and Bryce National Parks as well as Panguitch Lake. One thing to note is that restaurants are very limited (maybe 3-5 including the ski resort). It's best to bring food and cook as a family and enjoy each other in the comfort of our condo!
