2 bedroom house 5min from beach stunning scenery and location.
Lake Hawea is a quiet village on a Lake very restful but also only 15 minites drive from Wanaka a popular resort town in summer and winter. Lake Hawea is 1 hours drive from Queenstown New Zealand's top tourist resort with its airport and connections within NZ and Australia.
I also have an apt in downtown Wellington (New Zealand's capital) which can also be part of the trade giving you two very different experiences in the country.

Quiet beachfront community surrounded by mountains and great scenery. There are vineyards in the area and many restaurants in nearby Wanaka (15 min drive) which also has two skifields. Great as summer or winter playground.
